Can I change my moving date?
At Hippo Trucks, we understand that sometimes unforeseen events happen and your chosen moving date may need changing. Subject to availability, it is quick and easy to change your booking.

How much will moving house cost me?
Our quotes are based on several factors, including the size of your property and the distance you are moving.

What size Truck will I get?
An appropriately sized truck will be used based on the information you provide us about your property size whilst making your booking.

Will my goods be placed in the correct places?
Of course. All boxes and furniture will be placed in the rooms you wish them to be placed in.

Are my goods insured during the move?
Yes – Your goods will insured during the move up to £50,000 ( Terms and Conditions apply)

Do I need to dismantle all my furniture beforehand?
Not at all. Our friendly and helpful moving teams will happily dismantle and reassemble your furniture free of charge.

Will my possessions be insured whilst moving?
Of course, all your possessions will be insured up to a value of £50,000 (terms & conditions apply).

How long does it take to get a quote?
You can get a free quote in a matter of only a few minutes by using our online quote system.

Do I need to empty all my cupboards and drawers?
To ensure the safe transport of your possessions, we would highly recommend emptying all your drawers and cupboards of all your belongings before moving.

Am I able to get a refund if I no longer need to move?
As long as you cancel prior to 48 hours before your moving date, you are entitled to a full refund.
